Handover of the first certificate for the newly established alkus AG partner programme took place in Haiterbach on Monday 11 February 2019. Certificate recipient was MEVA Schalungs-Systeme GmbH.
Elvis Kaljic, CEO of alkus AG, presented the partner certificate to Florian F. Dingler – managing director of MEVA Schalungs-Systeme GmbH – during a festive ceremony at the MEVA headquarters in Haiterbach. This means the long-standing business relationship between the two companies has now been given an official seal of approval. The formwork systems of the Haiterbach-based company have been equipped as standard with the alkus® solid plastic panel since as far back as 2000.
alkus AG maintains business relationships with well-known formwork manufacturers who already use alkus® in their systems. This is possible since the alkus® solid plastic panel is supplied ready for installation in the respective system and fits into the formwork of every manufacturer. The new programme was the next logical step for CEO Kaljic: “The official partners agree to include alkus® throughout their rental portfolio. This allows us to offer them exclusive purchasing terms and conditions,” explains the 40-year-old. “At the same time, the title reinforces the manufacturers’ commitment to provide excellent advice and support to end customers when using alkus®.”
Meeting these conditions was not a problem for MEVA, which has been benefiting from the advantages of the alkus® solid plastic panel for many years. “We’ve never regretted our decision to replace vulnerable plywood panels with alkus®,” says Florian F. Dingler. “The wood-free panels ensure consistently high-quality concrete surfaces and basically last forever – we’ve never yet had to make use of the extensive 7-year warranty. Our customers are also very satisfied. Obviously, this is a crucial factor for me as the managing director.”
alkus AG plans to further expand the official partner programme in the coming months and to convert existing business relationships with formwork manufacturers into official partnerships.
